The football development team have been in place for over five years. There are three members of the team covering different areas of work.
Ricky Stevenson (Football Development Manager) is the
team manager with specific responsibility for facility development/investment and community development.
Craig Lee (Football Development Officer) is involved in the delivery of the county development plan with specific responsibility for club and education development, including coach education
Trevor Powell (Women and Girls County Football Development Officer) is responsible for the delivery of the county women and girls plan and for coach, club and talent development.
The development team is supported by District or Facility based dedicated football officers.
David Coote (Referee's Development Officer) is responsible for the area of referee recruitment and retention, including the area of referee training.
