Its that time of year again - time to say ‘Thank You’ to all the volunteers who keep football going week in week out, no matter what the weather, up and down the County.
The Nottinghamshire FA is seeking nominations for individuals, or clubs, for their outstanding contribution to grassroots football.
The Nottinghamshire FA will shortlist nominations and will invite these nominees to a prestigious Awards Evening in September 2010.
The County winners will be forwarded to the FA where they will be considered for Regional and National awards.

All completed nomination forms will be entered into a Prize Draw and the winner will be notified by The Nottinghamshire FA
