Nottinghamshire FA operates a thriving under 18 youth Side
The aim is to offer talented young footballers, who are not under professional contract, the opportunity to develop further, and have the honour of representing Nottinghamshire FA in competition against other county FA’s. Based on the model of the England Teams, the squad comes together, after scouting and selection, every month to train and play fixtures against other squads from across the country.
The squad, made up of talented individuals from clubs across the county, regularly compete in the Midlands Youth Championship and FA County Cup.
A scouting panel will regularly visit all club fixtures across the county and work with the clubs to indentify players who will represent the Notts FA in future games. If you and your club would like to be linked to the set up and have players you think could improve the squad please get in touch.
Our Goal is to work with our clubs and their players to give them the chance to experience the honour and pride of pulling on the famous red shirt and play for Nottinghamshire FA.
