In the event of a postponement due to unfit ground, this must be reported to the Nottinghamshire FA forthwith and the match will automatically be rescheduled for the following week with the same referee. If the referee is unavailable the home club must report this to the Nottinghamshire FA immediately.
In the event of a postponement due to reasons other than unfit ground, this must be reported to the Nottinghamshire FA forthwith, stating the reasons for the postponement - this will be referred to the organising Committee for a decision.
Match Officials are reminded that County Cup and Challenge Shield appointments take priority over league appointments and they must confirm their availability within 3 days of receipt of notification to David Coote at david.coote@nottinghamshirefa.com or on 0115 983 7405.
Kick-off times cannot be changed unless all three parties (home team, away team and referee) are in agreement.
