Easter Half Term Specialist Goalkeeping Course
During the February Half Term, CPGC held one of their ever popular Specialist Goalkeeping Courses at Joseph Whitaker Sports College, Rainworth. The course was full, with 36 goalkeepers attending - including goalkeepers from football league and local league clubs.
Easter Half Term will see another course being held at Joseph Whitaker Sports College on Wednesday 7th April 2010. The course will be headed by Mansfield Town First Team Goalkeeping Coach Chris Phillips and staff from other Centre of Excellence / Academies. This is a great opportunity for goalkeepers to have fun and learn in a safe environment.
Places are limited so it is advised that places are booked in advance.
All goalkeepers will be in age and ability specific groups using 7-a-side, 9-a-side or 11-a-side goals.

Blidworth Welfare FC is an FA Charter Standard Development Club looking for a new coach to run their U7s next season in the Kickstart League. All training (Level 1) and equipment will be provided, as well as help with sponsorship etc.
They are a rapidly growing club which is run very professionally. Please get in touch if you want to play your part in a very rewarding role helping the kids of the local community.
Blidworth also need children who want to play in a team next season at U7s and U8s. They have a development soccer school set up at Joseph Whitaker Leisure Centre running on Saturdays from 3pm till 4pm every week.
