Player Registrations

The Nottinghamshire FA is responsible for registering players in all of its sanctioned youth leagues. 

IMPORTANT GUIDELINES FOR CLUB SECRETAIES – IN RESPECT OF PLAYER REGISTRATIONS, 2012 /2013 SEASON

From this coming season, 2012-13, all player retention forms will be issued directly to club secretaries, VIA E-MAIL. Should any club not have received the retention of players list by 1st MAY 2012, please contact the office for assistance.

The completed forms are to be sent DIRECTLY to the respective League Registrars, NOT as in previous seasons. All forms must have been processed by the respective League Registrars, prior to cards being produced, by The Association.

Registration forms for the signing of new players will be available to DOWNLOAD from 1st June 2012

PLEASE NOTE: A form of ID MUST be provided with all new registration forms. The types of ID that can be accepted are as follows,
- Birth Certificate
- Passport
- Health Card
You will need to provide a copy to attach to the registration form for the leagues to check. The Notts FA Offices will not require seeing these forms of ID as it will be the leagues responsibility to check these on our behalf.

NO ORIGINAL COPIES OF ID DOCUMENTS TO BE GIVEN ONLY PHOTOCOPIES

Notts. Girls and Ladies League and Notts. County Women’s Senior League - Details the same as above with exception to sending the forms directly back to The Association and NOT the respective League Registrar.

PLEASE NOTE: ALL PLAYERS THAT ARE AGED 16 & OVER AS AT 31st August 2012 WILL NOT REQUIRE A PARENT/GUARDIAN SIGNATURE ON THE NEW REGISTRATION FORMS AND RE REGISTRATION FORMS


OTHER IMPORTANT DATES FOR YOUR DIARIES.

16th JULY 2012
- We ask for the re registration forms to be completed and returned back to us by this date so we can guarantee for them to be processed and ready by the start of the season. We do still accept these forms after this date, however we cannot guarantee they will be ready for the start of the season. The earlier you get completed form into your league registrar, the earlier they will be processed.

15th AUGUST 2012 - Any forms received after this date, at The Association offices, cannot be guaranteed to be processed in time, for the commencement of the season – so please submit your completed forms DIRECT to your respective League Registrar, as soon as possible.

5th SEPTEMBER 2012 - Transfer forms are made available, again via download from the Association’s website, then once again, sent DIRECTLY to the respective League Registrar.

16th MARCH 2013 - Last date for registrations and transfers, again when completed, forwarded to the respective League Registrar.

PLEASE NOTE NO PLAYER REGISTRATIONS/TRANSFERS CAN BE ACTIONED AT THE OFFICES OF THE ASSOCIATION. THEY MUST BE SENT TO THE RESPECTIVE LEAGUE REGISTRAR WHO WILL FORWARD THE RELEVANT DOCUMENTATION ONTO US

FEES for player registration
£ 2.00
to The Nottinghamshire Football Association,
£5.00 for transferring of players

No monies are to be sent with the registration forms as the FA will invoice, VIA EMAIL TO THE CLUB SECRETARY for this at a later date.

Upon receipt of the invoice, your Club has 28 days in which to pay. Please ensure you pay as soon as possible as until monies are received, this may result in Teams/Clubs being suspended from fixtures.
