Toton Tornados U12 White is looking for a Volunteer Assistant coach to join our team. Position ideally suited to a newly qualified level 1 award in coaching football or currently completing your level 1 and looking to gain experience coaching. All coaching will be supervised and supported by team manager/coach. Other duties will be to help on match days. Will also be expected to complete an enhanced DBS check.
We train on Wednesday evenings and play Saturday’s. We also play futsal during the summer. I want our players to feel included, empowered and able to make mistakes whilst developing. Our sessions are relevant game-like practices with plenty of decision-making to create a positive and enjoyable environment.
