NEW CLUBS:
If you're thinking about setting up a new club, you're in the right place!
The New Club Affiliation Guidance and the New Club Affiliation Form can be found below - Read through the guidance document and it should become clear what is needed. After which you can go ahead and fill in your affiliation form. Please fill out as much information as possible at the time of submitting.
Once submitted an invoice will be recieved by the club secretary which needs paying within 14 days of receipt.

SAVE YOUR CLUB £20.00 ON ITS AFFILIATION - Submit your affiliation before the 1st July 2013 and you'll save £20.00 in additional fees!
New clubs can affiliate at any point during the season if they wish, although leagues will have organised fixture programmes for the season which will prohibit entries at a later stage, so contact a respective league at the soonest possible opportunity. EXISTING CLUBS:
Affiliations for season 2013-14 are now underway. A slight difference upon last year as now the Shield and Cup entry forms will be sent together as part of the one affiliation package.
Once a club has successfully completed and returned its affiliation form, they will be invoiced by the association via email (where possible) which must be settled within 14 days, payments failed to be made by this date are liable to incur additional late costs.
