Half Term Skills Activities

The FA Skills Programme are offering a half term packed full of fun football events for boys and girls to take part in this half term!

The FA Skills Team's sessions are a fun way of developing young players skills in a positive environment that caters for girls and boys, aged 5-11, who have never played football before to those who are currently in Charter Standard clubs.

The FA’s professional foundation phase coaches will take players through a scheme of work that will develop their technical skills while also helping them thrive in the physical, psychological and social corners along with hints and tips on how to play like Wayne Rooney and Steph Houghton.

The sessions the team will be delivering this October half term are:

*Through The FA's We Can Play campaign we are able to offer places for girls at the above centres FREE of charge.

The FA Skills Programme currently supports young players, coaches and teachers in 4 areas of the county; Rushcliffe/Newark, Mansfield, Nottingham City and Broxtowe, all through delivery to schools in after school skills centres and club support programme.
