The Nottinghamshire County Football Association is looking to appoint a full time Football Development Officer leading on the Women and Girls game.  This exciting position will report directly to the Senior Football Development Officer and is responsible for developing football across Nottinghamshire in line with the National Game Strategy.


The role encompasses the following areas:

 

  • Support the delivery of The FA National Game Strategy.
  • Effectively manage and influence KPI’s in order to improve female provisions in the county
  • Assist in the organisation and delivery of the Nottinghamshire FA Inclusion Advisory Group

 

You must be able to work under pressure, handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines. In addition you must have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to positively influence. You will also need to have a current driving licence and be able to work evenings and weekends.
