Nottinghamshire FA is seeking to appoint Two Independent Non-Executive Board Members to join its current Board of Directors.
The Board is responsible for directing the business affairs of the Association and can have a maximum of 10 members.
The role is voluntary although travelling and out of pocket expenses will be reimbursed.
It is anticipated that the persons appointed will have an interest in football but will also have experience in one or more of the following areas: Business/Strategic Development, Finance, Legal, Commercial and Marketing. These additional skills will complement those of current members leading to a well-balanced Board that can take the Association forward with confidence.
The term of the appointment, as with elected Board Members, will be on an annual basis but this may be extended with the approval of Council. Board meetings are currently convened every 6-8 weeks during the evenings, at the County FA Offices commencing at 6.30pm.
