Vacancy – Football Operations & Safeguarding Support Officer 

Full Time (initially fixed contract to 30th June 2028) 

Salary Banding £20,000 - £24,000 per annum

 

The Nottinghamshire Football Association is looking to appoint a full time Football Operations and Safeguarding Support Officer.

 

Reporting directly to the Head of Football Operations, the successful applicant will be required to provide administrative support for the Discipline, Respect and Safeguarding processes.

 

Experience of collating sensitive and detailed information and compiling written reports and statements will be essential. An understanding of the culture and structure of football, and/or working with volunteers would be beneficial but not essential to the role.

 

You will work as part of the Football Operations Team and will be expected to be handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines. You must have excellent interpersonal skills and experience of utilising and interpreting spreadsheets.

 

The County FA is currently working a hybrid model of office and home working with a minimum of two days per week in the office. However you will be required to have a flexible approach to working hours as these may include evenings and weekends. The successful applicant must hold a valid and current driving licence.
