Vacancy – Football Development Officer (Referees)

Full Time (fixed contract initially to 30th June 2024)

Salary Banding £26,000 - £32,000 per annum

 

The Nottinghamshire Football Association is looking to appoint a full time Football Development Officer (Referees).

 

The position will report directly to the Head of Football Operations temporarily and is responsible for supporting the delivery of The FA National Game Strategy in partnership with key stakeholders and enhance the CFAs major priorities relating to the recruitment, retention and development of referees and referee workforce.

 

Good communication, interpersonal and influencing skills are essential to this role and experience of working with volunteers would be desirable. You need to be passionate about and committed to the delivery of referee development within Nottinghamshire.  You must be able to work under pressure, handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

 

 The role will work a hybrid of office based and home working with a requirement of at least 2 days a week in the office. You will be required to have a flexible approach to working hours as these will include some evenings and occasional weekends.
