Nottinghamshire Football Association proudly introduces Our newest members of staff. 

Louise Fox - Head of Football Operations

Louise joined the organisation in January, previously working for 4 years for The FA at St George’s Park in FA Education, and Derbyshire County FA prior to that. Louise has had many years as a Grassroots Football volunteer (Club and League) and appreciates only too well how much dedication and commitment this takes. Louise is also proud to be an ambassador for Mental Health & Wellbeing.

Grace Lowe - Football Operations and Safeguarding Support Officer

Grace joined the organisation in February as Football Operations and Safeguarding Support Officer (with a strong focus on discipline). Grace has 19 years of playing experience and a Sports and Exercise Science degree from the Loughborough University. Grace has been a Match official for 8 years and currently operates as a Level 3 in the Men’s pathway and officiates on both the Women’s Championship and WSL.

Rob Pealing - Referee Football Development Officer 

Rob joined the organisation in February as the Referee Development Officer. Rob currently operates as a L4/3W and some of you may already know Rob in the refereeing community since he originally qualified in 2006. Rob has been active in football as a player, coach and referee for 25 years and has a Sports Science, Development and Coaching degree. He joins us having spent the last 9 years as a Primary School Teacher.

Jane Hornby - Designated Safeguarding Officer

Jane joined the organisation at the end of February and has expertise within safeguarding, welfare and mental health support in senior leadership roles within education and elite sports settings. As a partner provider for the Premier League she delivers safeguarding workshops to the First Teams, staff and Academy scholars. She competes in softball cricket and is a keen cyclist and played grassroots football for years in her younger days.
