20 Day Challenge in February

Launches Monday 1st February......
A different activity each day to keep your mind and body active..


Keeping active, both mentally and physically is so important to our well-being and as like many others we are keen to support our football community with ways to stay connected and keep engaged through football.

We have put together 20 activities; from being physically active to getting creative or upskilling yourself, there is almost something for everyone to take part in with us and our partners.

You will be able to record your engagement and tick off as you go along. You can also, dip in and out of these activities to fit in with your daily routine throughout February. 

So make sure from Monday you download our template sheet, share with us your pictures/ videos or your comments via our social channels and let us know how you are getting on.

Additionally, for anyone who takes part and manages to complete some of these activities and show us which ones you got involved with and how you can get your hands on a prize or two as outlined below;

Complete 5 Activities; receive a water-bottle

Complete 10 Activities; receive a Nike drawstring bag & bottle
