Elaine Oram, Nottinghamshire FA CEO said:

The wellbeing group was set up throughout the first lock down, as it was with everybody the staff were now working in a very different environment and we wanted to ensure all staff felt comfortable, had everything they needed to carry out their job at home and had support regarding their wellbeing throughout covid. The group has gone from strength to strength since and this showed within our latest state of play survey staff results showing
great staff cohesion. We are very proud of the team we have at Notts FA and the support we offer to our staff.
