We have launched a brand-new football offer in the form of Social Soccercise, supported through the FA Women’s Development Fund and delivered in partnership with This Girl Can Nottingham and Renewal Trust.

What is Soccercise?

Soccercise is an instructor led Aerobic Activity that combines a variety of fitness exercises with a football. This is an opportunity available for all women to access regardless of your age or ability.

It offers you a way to get involved in the game within a comfortable environment, that’s fun and gives you that feel good factor whilst learning new skills with other females within a similar mindset to you.

As well as all of that, Soccercise helps to improve your overall body through improved core strength, Cardio Vascular fitness and Muscular Endurance to name a few whilst developing your overall confidence.

I tried Soccercise for the first time and had so much fun! I don’t do anything to do with football so it was nice to try something new and out of my comfort zone. It was easy to follow, got me hot and sweaty and Sarah is a great instructor. A fab workout for anyone who needs to work at their own level. I’ll definitely be trying this again

I and my wife Sibby obtained an excellent experience when we joined Virtual Social Soccercise held by Sarah Jones & Nottinghamshire Football Association in early December 2020. We are Hong Kongers and attended the zoom session overseas. We found a lot of fun with a variety of fitness exercises with a football, and easy-going movement but still effective workout. Sarah and the crew were so considerate for safety, and keeping close eye on every single participant. We felt comfortable, welcomed and we made friends
